Progresso Village Civic Association.
Progresso Village is nestled between Historic Sistrunk and Flagler Village, and is primarily comprised of single family homes, townhouses and small apartment complexes. Established in 2000, the PVCA (Progresso Village Civic Association) was founded by JJ Hankerson and Tom Mobley collaboratively to work together and improve their beloved neighborhood. Over the years, PVCA has worked to ensure that citizens have a vehicle to interact with our local government officials and come together to protect and improve the quality of life in our strongly rooted community.
